The temperature of the industry is improving, and August is a great month to start your NAB Radio promotions with Radio magazine. Here we are in the "dog days" of summer. We're still trying to shake the economic duldrums. The IABM (the voice of broadcast and media technology supply industry worldwide) conducted a survey in May of this year to "take the temperature" of the broadcast industry in general. 68% of respondents felt that the next quarter will be the same or better than last quarter. And looking ahead to the next six months, 29% thought things are improving. I would like to be optimistic myself. Our August issue of Radio magazine is a great lead-in to the NAB Radio Show coming up in September in Philadelphia. In a world where other publications are cutting back on the amount of issues printed and downsizing their publications, Radio magazine remains consistent. We deliver editorial content that is excellent reference material. Consequently, your ad is seen for a longer period of time in a technology oriented publication like Radio magazine. Studies conducted on the industry publications show that Radio magazine is kept in the radio stations an average of 12 to 13 months. So exposure for your products goes farther in Radio magazine!
