ATLANTA—Maine-based Dielectric is making its way to the 2015 Radio Show to show attendees a pair of its antennas, the new DCR-U and the DCR-T.
The DCR-U features a pressurized point and a 4-inch balun, which gives it the ability to handle high powers and voltages often associated with combined multi-station operation. The antenna’s broadband quadruple design provides circularity for both the horizontal and vertical polarizations while maintain an equal H/V ratio. DCR-U has a power rating of 40kW per bay and is available in arrays up to 12 bays. Beam tilt and null fill are available in arrays of six bays or more.
Dielectric has also announced that it will hold demonstrations on field tuning for a DCR-T antenna. Those who participate in the demo will also receive a free gift from Dielectric.
The 2015 Radio Show is set to take place in Atlanta from Sept. 30-Oct. 2. Dielectric will be located at booth 14.
