With experience in computer consulting, ham radio and electronics, Ince's radio career began in 2000 at Clear Channel in Pasco, WA. In 2007 he became chief engineer and IT manager at FM Idaho in Boise, ID, but in January 2008 joined former Clear Channel coworkers at Gap. His constant companion is Ginger, a deaf Red Heeler that was rescued from a shelter.
