2007 NAB Marconi Radio Award Winners Announced
Charlotte, NC - Sep 27, 2007 - Winners of the 2007 National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Radio Awards were announced Sept. 27 at the annual NAB Marconi Radio Awards Dinner. Established in 1989 and named after inventor and Nobel Prize winner Guglielmo Marconi, the NAB Marconi Radio Awards recognize radio's outstanding personalities and stations in 21 categories. An independent task force of broadcasters selected the finalists and ballots were sent to members of the NAB Marconi Radio Awards Selection Academy in August. The ballots were tabulated by an independent accounting firm.

The NAB Marconi Radio Awards Dinner and Show was hosted by talk radio personality Glenn Beck of Premiere Radio Networks. The show also featured a performance by Collective Soul.
