Clear Channel to Award $1 Million in Free Advertising to O'Toole Award Winners

San Antonio, TX - Sep 14, 2009 - Clear Channel Communications will award a total of $1 million in free advertising across the company's radio, digital and outdoor services to the top four winners of the 4A's 2009 O'Toole Awards. Winners for best large, mid-sized and small agency will each receive $300,000 in free advertising, with the best national public service campaign winner receiving $100,000.

The O'Tooles honor an agency's overall level of creative excellence. Past winners have included BBH (Johnnie Walker), Crispin Porter + Bogusky (Burger King and Mini), Ogilvy and Mather (American Express) and Taxi (Versus).

The prizes will be presented on Sept. 21, 2009, at the Nokia Theatre Times Square during an event hosted by 4As board member Chuck Porter and Creativity Magazine editor Teressa Iezzi. Clear Channel Communications CEO Mark Mays will announce the free advertising winners.
