Patriot Antenna Systems Acquires ADL
Albion, MI - March 4, 2002 - Patriot Antenna Systems, formerly Satellite Export and Engineering, has purchased antenna-feed company Antenna Downlink, more commonly recognized throughout the receive-antenna industry as ADL. ADL will continue to do business under this name.
With this acquisition, Patriot Antenna Systems now carries more than 30 different types of feeds for both circular and linear polarities in both C and Ku frequencies. Patriot also offers a new VSAT transmit/receive line of antennas.
Production facilities have been moved from ADL's parent company in Simi Valley, CA, to Patriot’s manufacturing facility in Albion, MI. Product will continue to be available to past and present ADL customers, as well as those customers of Patriot by March 1, 2002.
