IDC Gets New Chairman and Board

Ottawa, ON - Mar 8, 2010 - Denis Colbourne, Stuart Smith and Kevin Rankin have resigned from the board of directors and Adam Adamou has been named chairman of the board of International Datacasting Corporation. The board now consists of Adamou as chair, Fred Godard as president and CEO, Frank Ruffolo, Del Lippert and Ron Clifton.

Adam Adamou serves as president and managing partner of Caseridge Capital Corporation, a Toronto-based specialty investment firm. Adamou is an experienced investor, banker and advisor to technology companies across Canada with a principal involvement as a venture capitalist or investment banker in funding Canadian technology companies such as Research in Motion and Absolute Software Corporation. Over the course of his career Adamou has served as a director on a number of public and private company boards, including Secure Computing Corporation, Border Networks, Softquad International, Nuvo Networks and Taurus Capital Markets. Adamou is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
