MXL Microphones now shipping V88
El Segundo, CA - Feb 11, 2008 - MXL Microphones, the professional audio division of Marshall Electronics, has introduced the new V88 studio microphone. The new V88 is a large diaphragm, pressure-gradient, condenser microphone with fully balanced transformerless output.
Internally wired with Mogami cable, the new V88s feature a large 32mm capsule with a gold sputtered diaphragm. The V88's capsule delivers a frequency response from 20Hz through 20kHz thanks to the microphone's Class A electronics.
Featuring a nickel plated finish and a low profile form factor of less than 6" in overall height, MXL's new V88 studio microphone ships with a protective aluminum flight case. A shockmount adapter is also included as part of the package.
