House Passes Amended LPFM Bill
Washington, DC - Dec 17, 2010 - The House of Representatives has passed H.R. 6533, the Local Community Radio Act of 2010. The bill will expand the number of low-power FM radio licenses available in the United States. The bill was amended to include provisions sought by the National Association of Broadcasters to protect full-power radio stations.
