Pittsburgh - Sep 25, 2007 - Marking the ninth fatality this year of workers falling from communications structures, 51-year-old Dan Plants fell to his death Sept. 24 while dismantling a WGBN 1150 AM tower in East Deer Township. Firefighters examined the tower, but OSHA inspectors are doing the actual investigation of the fatality.
