Rochester, MN - Jul 21, 2010 - Crenlo, a subsidiary of Dover, has hired Al de la Pena and Steve Will as regional sales managers for its enclosure business.

De la Pena will serve the Eastern region of the United States while Will covers the Western region for Emcor, which designs, manufactures and integrates electronic equipment enclosures and consoles for technical applications.

De la Pena will be responsible for sales and business development in the Eastern U.S. region. He brings more than 24 years of sales management experience in the datacom, telecom and industrial markets.

Most recently, de la Pena spent 10 years in the datacom/telecom field as an eastern regional sales manager for a manufacturer of Ethernet switches, hardware and software.

Will is taking responsibility for sales and business development in the western U.S. region. He offers more than 30 years of experience in product management, sales management and marketing. His expertise in enclosures and electronic components for technology-intensive environments can be attributed to his sales management experience with suppliers such as Graybar Electric and Hoffman enclosures.
