Hadfield Named Corporate Engineer for Alpha Broadcasting
Portland, OR - Dec 2, 2009 - Martin Hadfield, who worked for Entercom for 17 years as the VP of engineering, has been hired to take on the corporate engineer duties for Alpha Broadcasting. In addition, Hadfield will handle director of engineering duties for KXTG-FM, KUPL-FM, KINK-FM, KUFO-FM, KXL-AM, and KCMD-AM in Portland. One task on Hadfield's punch list is to move the six stations into one facility.
Hadfield began his radio career in 1976 at KIXI-am/FM as chief engineer. He has also worked for SRO Broadcasting and Fisher Broadcasting.
