Harris Expands Radio Broadcast Sales Team in Canada

Cincinnati and Toronto - Aug 29, 2007 - Harris has expanded its Canadian radio broadcast sales team, naming Sean East to be the regional sales manager. In his new role, East will report to Chris Pannell, director of North American radio sales, and focus on Harris transmission sales throughout Canada.

East's sales team includes Al Jason (district sales manager, northwestern U.S. region), Terry Becht (district sales manager, southern central U.S. region) and a large group of new channel partners in the U.S. and Canada.

East began his broadcast career in engineering, working with SPL, a broadcast engineering company. He was most recently Canadian sales manager and international sales manager for Larcan, where he worked for eight years. Prior to that, East served as audio/RF Canadian sales manager for Applied Electronics for five years.

He is based in Toronto and can be reached at 416-722-7174.
