Sovereign City Communications Appoints President and COO

Green Bay, WI - Sep 19, 2007 - Sovereign City Communications has named Joseph R. Giganti as its president and chief operating officer (COO). Giganti will assume overall day-to-day operations of the company and be involved in its long term planning. Sovereign City is currently focused on developing music and talk radio formats, with its first product -- a new hybrid adult contemporary format -- due in April 2008.

Giganti joined Sovereign City Communications at the beginning of 2007 as its vice president for media and music. A native of Washington, DC, Giganti previously served as president of Veritas Media Group, a public relations and production firm based in the nation's capitol. He also produced and directed several industrial films and documentaries. Prior to founding Veritas, Giganti worked extensively in many facets of the television and radio industry including as on-air talent, executive producer and in production.
