Radionomy, TargetSpot Merge

San Francisco - Dec 16, 2013 - Radionomy has combined with TargetSpot to form a digital audio advertising network as part of the Radionomy Group. The combined ad network will be called TargetSpot.

The combined company will offer digital audio campaign delivery and reporting tools, including sequential targeting, behavioral marketing, audio retargeting and asynchronous banners; the combined knowledge of an international team in digital audio advertising; a single outlet for advertisers and publishers covering any digital audio need; and customizable ad products.
