Sony Music Nashville has entered into a partnership with Quu Interactive. Quu will utilize its existing Liner Notes network of radio stations, radio station websites and mobile applications to complement station airplay with timely and pertinent artist information, in real time. In addition to the vehicle interior radio display with station and artist names, Quu enables Sony Music Nashville to pre-program and geo-target information on local tour dates, media appearances, breaking news, album releases, point-of-sale information and more, tied to an artist's song as it plays on the radio. The service also uses Quu's synchronization technology, which gives it the capability to feed messages directly from the artist's existing social platforms, including Twitter.

NBC Sports Radio, a joint venture between Dial Global and NBC Sports Group, has passed the 300 station mark. A total of 303 stations are now airing NBC Sports Radio programming. NBC Sports Radio launched in September 2012. It is produced by NBC Sports Group and distributed by Dial Global.
Triton Digital announced a partnership with multi-channel targeting company Semcasting to expand its audience targeting capabilities within a2x, the programmatic exchange for streaming audio advertisements. The partnership enables Triton to target every listener on any device without using cookies.
Louisiana radio stations have implemented the Global Security Systems Alert FM and the GSSNet systems, improving the way the state delivers voice and text emergency notifications to the public. The Louisiana Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) will use the Alert FM system to send its emergency alerts, as well as emergency managers from all 64 parishes and 42 colleges and universities across the state.
