Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM) has upgraded its regional station in Ipoh to Netia Radio-Assist 8.1. Netia's Radio-Assist family of digital audio software programs has been in use at RTM for more than a decade, and the Ipoh-based station worked with Broadcast Communications International (BCI) to transition to the latest software release and begin working with new features including the Activity Watcher module. Based in Kuala Lumpur, RTM operates four television channels (TV1, TV2, IMRT, Muzik Aktif), six national radio stations, two international stations (Voice of Malaysia), and 16 regional stations.
