Jampro Antennas has been awarded a contract to supply All India Radio (AIR) with more than a dozen Jampro model RCCC constant impedance FM bandpass combiners and patching systems. The combiners will be installed at radio stations throughout India.
VocalBooth has sold several sound-isolation systems to educational organizations, including the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Butler University in Indianapolis, USC and the University of Houston's M.D. Anderson Cancer Research Center.
Main Line Broadcasting has chosen the Abacast Digital Radio Platform for its online radio offering. Main Line Broadcasting operates 19 stations in Louisville, KY; Richmond, VA; Dayton, OH; and Hagerstown, MD. Main Line will use all the components of the Abacast platform including ad insertion, ad campaign management, audience analytics, end-user media player, hosting and streaming, and SoundExchange-compliant royalty reporting.
Tieline IP audio codecs are 4G LTE compatible and can connect using either 3G or 4G wireless networks when required. Cumulus Broadcasting took advantage of this recently during the Super Bowl and went live using Verizon 4G LTE in Dallas. A codec with ISDN was used for the main broadcast link and a Tieline Commander G3 wireless codec was configured for wireless 3G IP remotes.
