NEW BERN, N.C.— Wheatstone will show a new generation of its IP audio networking system and digital control surfaces for radio at the upcoming IBC conference in Amsterdam.
Among the changes are new I/O and specialty Blades that make up the WheatNet-IP Intelligent Network for routing audio and controlling audio functions.
Wheatstone''s new B3 I/O Blades add embedded audio, a multiband processor, updated routing functionality, double the virtual logic ports f, AES67 compatibility and OLED interface displays.
Wheatstone will also showcase its new WheatNet-IP PC app with widgets such as faders, meters, labels, buttons, clocks and timers for creating virtual control panels, quick-access buttons and other customized studio control from a PC or PC touchscreen.
Adding more flexibility to Wheatstone''s IP audio network are several new digital consoles, including new networked talent stations and its new 12-channel L-12 control surface, a precision-built, low-profile, tabletop IP control surface that offers assignable sources to any fader and with hot-swappable individual fader modules.
