Singapore - Jun 16, 2009 - RCS launched an all-new automation system on the opening day of Broadcast Asia. The initial market for Zetta will be China where RCS already has an established client base.
The Chinese language version of Zetta has a modern user interface that integrates with G Selector for scheduling, playout and tracking. According to RCS, Zetta has been three years in the making.
Zetta's development has been kept secret while using a project codename. Some of Zetta's concepts have already been evaluated and tested by RCS customers and their feedback has been incorporated into the launch product. Private showings of English-language versions of Zetta were held at the 2009 NAB Show.
RCS has not yet announced when Zetta will be launched to additional markets outside of China.
