BE Unveils DRM Module

Quincy, IL - Sep 7, 2006 - Broadcast Electronics has introduces a new transmitter module that allows any BE medium-wave transmitter to transmit DRM signals. The AMD 10 DRM exciter module was debuted at IBC.

BE is a member of the DRM Consortium and is developing the module in cooperation with Glen English of Pacific Media Technologies, Australia. The exciter was tested with a BE solid-state transmitter on 1386kHz in Windang, NSW, Australia.
