For camera stability a tripod or monopod is ideal. How about a monopod that's also designed for some extra reach? For stations taking video, it's sometimes helpful to get above the crowd, and the iPole's reach from 27" to 53" can capture those aerial views. The aluminum pose has a level lock adjustment to keep it extended. A rubber covers a steel tip end (in case you need to use it as a hiking pole). It includes a standard camera mount with iBall swivel. A Mini version, made of stainless steel that extends from 9" to 39", is also available.
