Heil Sound Resurrects the Heritage

Vintage look microphone once again available November 12, 2015

FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill.—Heil Sound has announced it is bringing back the Heritage, a dynamice, vintage look microphone that can be used for live sound, recording and broadcasting applications.

The Heritage uses a magnet structure with a 1 ¼-inch aluminum low mass voice coil assembly similar to the Heil PR 20. It features a frequency response of 50 HZ-18 kHz with a mid-range boost at 4 kHz. The microphone also features a slide on/off switch and a lock screw to hold it in position, as well as a 5/8-inch microphone stand threads that enable it to be mounted on booms or floor stands, and a molded internal foam windscreen.
