NABEF to Host 2012 Radio Show Career Fair

Washington, DC - Aug 23, 2012 - The NAB Education Foundation (NABEF), in partnership with the Broadcast Education Association (BEA), will host a Career Fair on Sept. 18, 2012, one day prior to the 2012 Radio Show kickoff. Located in the Hilton Anatole from 1-5 p.m., the Radio Show Career Fair will provide experienced professionals, college students and entry-level job seekers with the opportunity to network and interview with major radio companies.
This year's Career Fair will feature round-table style networking and group interviews, allowing attendees and recruiters to interact in a fast-paced, personal and competitive setting. Entry-level as well as seasoned professionals interested in radio opportunities in sales, technology and on-air should register online. Admission is free with attendee code CF12 and registration includes entry to the exhibit floor of the Radio Show.
Recruiters interested in registering for the event must complete the recruiter registration form. All registered recruiters will receive EEO credit for participating in the Career Fair.
Two prominent advertising agency CEOs, Bill Koenigsberg of Horizon Media and Andrew Essex of Droga5, will discuss the expanding array of media options for advertisers....
The super session titled "The Relationship Between Music and Radio...We Need Each Other" will be held on Sept. 20, 2012....
