2011 NAB Show to Include Annual Career Fair

Washington - Jan 18, 2011 - The NAB Education Foundation (NABEF), in partnership with the Broadcast Education Association (BEA) and the Radio Television Digital News Association (RTDNA), will host the annual Career Day at the 2011 NAB Show. Career Day will provide experienced professionals, college students and entry-level job seekers with the opportunity to meet with media industry professionals.
Career Day will feature sessions focusing on self-branding strategies and effective social media and networking tools that aspiring media professionals can utilize during their job search and interview process. Additionally Career Day will include Career Advising and Dress for Success Centers that will provide one-on-one sessions on resume critiquing and image consulting. Admission is free. Registration at the NAB Show is not required.
Companies that want to recruit at the event must complete the recruiter registration form online.
Career Day will be held in the Las Vegas Hilton Ballroom C from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 13.
Candidates for the Technology Innovation Awards must be organizations who are exhibiting at the 2011 NAB Show and have a non-commercialized technology....
