Braintree, MA - Mar 24, 2014 - The Broadcast Traffic Consortium (BTC) has seen a total revenue compounded annual growth of 50.8 percent since its inception in 2007, and the dissemination of location-based traffic data, by way HD Radio technology, now accounts for 20 percent of the BTC's income, according to AllAccess.com. The company anticipates further growth at this rate.

"Greater Media is now seeing a return on our investment in the BTC," CEO Peter Smyth said. "The transmission of traffic data via our HD [Radio] signals allows us to be an integral part of the digital dashboard. We are pleased to see that revenue growth is exceeding our expectations."
