NASH Brand''s TV Debut Will be Via Music Choice

ATLANTA� Cumulus says the NASH Country music and lifestyle brand will be available in 57 million homes starting November 24th through a new partnership with Music Choice, the free video on-demand provider in the U.S.

NASH content will be featured across Music Choice''s multiplatform video and music network.

� Video On Demand TV � a dedicated NASH TV category featuring NASH content, such as original artist interviews filmed at the NASH campus along with Music Choice music videos. Original content extends from radio benchmark segments from �America''s Morning Show with Blair Garner� and �NASH Nights Live� to new shows like �NASH Grits & Hits,� �NASH Lash� and �Red Carpet Radio." * Cable TV Music Choice Music Channels � the �Today''s Country� and �Country Hits� channels will feature NASH and NASH Icon programming blocks daily from 6-9 p.m. (EST). On screen, NASH branded facts and photos will appear on screen to complement the music experience.* Apps & Online � the �Today''s Country� video channel on Musicchoice.com will be co-branded as �Today''s Country: NASH TV� and feature programming originating from the NASH campus along with Music Choice videos. The video channel is also part of Music Choice''s mobile applications.

Cumulus will also promote Music Choice programming on radio stations. Music Choice original series include: �You & A,� �Chronicles,� �F-Word� and its �MC100� countdown franchise. Cumulus is building out a dedicated Music Choice section of the NASH campus.

Cumulus and Music Choice will co-sponsor several marketing events each year, and Music Choice will also provide promotional support on its properties for the first American Country Countdown Awards, airing live Dec.15, 2014 on FOX.

NASH content available through this TV partnership will reflect the scope of how the NASH brand touches on all elements of the Country lifestyle. Features will include music, fashion/beauty, cooking and sports.

Cumulus created the NASH entertainment brand based on the Country music lifestyle in January 2013 starting with the flagship �America''s Country Station� NASH(FM).

Cumulus provides exclusive content that is fully distributed through approximately 460 owned-and-operated stations in 90 U.S. media markets (including eight of the top 10), more than 9,000 broadcast radio affiliates and numerous digital channels.

Music Choice, the multiplatform video and music network, delivers its music programming to consumers nationwide through televisions, online and mobile devices.
