NATE Announces New Board Members

Watertown, SD - Jan 27, 2009 - The National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) has two new members on its board of directors: Jim Miller and Todd Jackson. Miller and Jackson will be inducted into their two year term on the NATE Board during the 2009 NATE Annual Conference and Exposition in Nashville, TN, Feb. 23-26.
As president and founder of Eastex Tower and an initial member of NATE, Jim Miller has been in the tower industry since 1970. He started his current business in 1980, which has led him to work across the United States, Canada and South America. Miller continues to be involved in the day-to-day operations of his company, Eastex Tower, which erects towers and installs antennas and radios for the industry.
Todd Jackson is president of Coast to Coast Tower and has 20 years experience in the tower erection, service and maintenance industry. Coast to Coast Tower specializes in tall tower maintenance, modification and emergency service work nationwide and has been a NATE member from the company's beginning 11 years ago.
Miller and Jackson will join the board in the responsibilities of oversee the strategic direction of the association, including allocation of resources and dues, amendments to regulatory guidelines and advisement to NATE's four committees: Membership, OSHA Relations, Trade Show, Safety and Education.
