WATERTOWN, S.D.�When OSHA�s new rule on occupational injury and illness recordkeeping and reporting requirement went into effect on Jan. 1, 2015, many employers that their files were not compliant, drawing high penalties.

In an effort to help companies learn how to become compliant with the new OSHA requirements, NATE is hosting a live webinar called "OSHA�s New Recordkeeping Requirements: Are You in Compliance?"� The webinar will take place Thursday, Sept. 24 at 11 a.m. and is open for registration.

The webinar will examine the pitfalls employers may face when dealing with recordkeeping; how to coordinate injury and illness recordkeeping with other recordkeeping requirements and how employers can effectively use recordkeeping to improve current safety and health management programs; and examine in detail the changes made by the final rules and the increased employer reporting requirements for all employers.� ��
