Orban/CRL Names Sales CFO

Tempe, AZ - Feb 9, 2009 - Circuit Research Labs, the parent company of Orban/CRL, has appointed Roger Sales to be the company's chief financial officer. Sales was part of the team in charge of the transition of Orban from Harman to CRL in 1999.
He has been associated with Orban/CRL for the last two years as a consultant and independent member of the CRL board of directors. Having worked in the US, Australia and his native UK, Sales brings international experience to Orban/CRL's worldwide operation. He holds a degree in commerce from the University of Leeds in the UK. He has worked in a number of senior financial roles during his career, including a long period in the professional audio field where he was CFO for the Harman International Professional Audio Division for many years.
Sales replaces Rebecca Nation, who was performing the CFO role on a temporary basis in addition to her other duties as vice president of human resources. In January 2009, Nation was appointed vice president of US operations.
