LAS VEGAS�The Radio Advertising Bureau will sponsor several sessions at the 2015 NAB Show in Las Vegas. They will focus on radio sales, marketing and management.

The group says the Monday Lunch and Learn event will be a highlight. RAB President and CEO Erica Farber, CBS Radio Executive Vice President of Operations Scott Herman, Cox Media Group EVP Kim Guthrie will discuss promoting employee buy-in. This event will be held from 12-1:30 p.m.

Later on Monday, from 2-3 p.m., the �Recruiting Radio Sales Superstars in the New Media World� session will be held, immediately followed by �7 Ways to Leverage Your Client Needs Analysis for Radio Sales Success.�

On Tuesday, they will host a �Small and Medium Markets Ides Exchange,� from 10:30-11:30 a.m. During this session, small and medium market broadcasters and consultants share sales and promotion ideas to drive new revenue to stations.

The next afternoon, Wednesday, from 2:25 � 2:55 p.m., they will sponsor �Integrated Radio Advertising: Creating a Win-Win!�
