Rdio CEO Will Keynote RAIN Summit West

LAS VEGAS�Rdio CEO Anthony Bay will be the keynote speaker at this year''s RAIN Summit West, April 12 at the Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas, during the NAB Show.

Previous keynote speakers at RAIN Summits include Pandora Founder Tim Westergren, RAB CEO Erica Farber, CBS Radio CEO Dan Mason, Rhapsody President Jon Irwin, ESPN senior vice president Traug Keller, VP/GM Yahoo Launchcast David Goldberg, NPR SVP/Digital Media Kinsey Wilson, New Media expert Jason Calacanis, and Pandora CEO Joe Kennedy.
Bay joined Rdio in 2013 with a mission to expand the company''s global footprint and listener base. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its business model to focus on a free-first approach across platforms, and has introduced global partnerships with companies such as Cumulus Media here in the U.S.
Bay came to Rdio from Amazon, where he served as head of the global video business and lead the growth of the team''s transactional video business and subscriber base. Prior to that, he was chairman at Loudeye where he pioneered the global distribution, promotion, and sale of digital media content prior to the company''s acquisition by Nokia. He also held executive positions at Microsoft and Apple.
