INDIANAPOLIS�The SBE has rolled out the final online course in its Perspectives series: Broadcast Engineers and IT Personnel. It aims to improve communication between broadcast engineers and IT by examining �the dynamic tension that can exist between� these departments.

This SBE university course has no technical prerequisites and was created by Gary Ellingson, CPBE, director of engineering for Northwestern Media; a subsidiary of the University of Northwestern � St. Paul, in Minn.

The course table of contents includes:

Register for the course at the SBE website. The course fee for members of the SBE is $89; and $139 for non-members.
