LITTLETON, Mass.Burk Technology has announced new updates to both its Autopilot and ARC Plus systems, both of which now include Warp Engine capabilities.
The new AutoPilot software version 2.10.50 offers Warp Engine polling of ARC Plus and ARC Solo sites as a new standard feature. It also features the new AutoPilot Navigator for drag-and-drop creation of custom network hierarchies. New Summary Site Status and Summary Group Status Controls are also now available for use in AutoPilot custom views.
Firmware upgrades for ARC Plus Touch and ARC Plus SL systems can now be made to version 18.104.22.168. The updated firmwares now support Warp Engine polling using AutoPilot software; must use AutoPilot 2.10.50 or higher. Also, the alarm for communications network failure between the ARC Plus and a connected Plus-X device can now be surpressed. Burk says it has resolved previous issues, including accounting for the inversion flag on virtual status channels; correct tracking of state changes of status variables; no delay on virtual channel configuration; visual indicators to identify offline status; enhanced web page processing; and the Recordable Speech Interface now reports status for all networked ARC Plus units when requested.
