MONTBONNOT, FRANCE�Digigram�s suitcases will be packed with products that highlight the company�s Audio over IP (AoIP) technology when it travels to BES Expo 2017 in February. From its AoIP distribution range, Digigram will have its IQOYA *Link and IQOYA *Link/LE stereo AoIP distribution codecs, as well as the IQOYA *Serv/Link multiple-stereo or multichannel AoIP codec. The company will also unveil its new IQOYA *X/Link platform.
The IQOYA *Link and IQOYA *Link/LE codecs are full-duplex encoding and decoding systems for IP-based studio-to-studio and studio-to-transmitter links, as well as audio program delivery to DVB operators. Both codecs are based on FluidIP technology and feature high mean time between failures (MTBF) and low back-to-back latency. Additional features include audio synchronization based on Network Time Protocol, an intuitive web-based user interface, and access to real-time metrics on the network.
Digigram�s IQOYA *Serv/Link codec incorporates multiple distribution codec instances and FludIP technology on a single processing hardware platform for the transport of multiple audio programs over IP networks in a high-density format. The 1RU version can handle up to eight stereo analog channels, 16 stereo AES/EBU channels, 32 stereo MADI channels or multichannel LAN IP audio interfaces, and up to 64 codecs with multiple GPIOS and RS-232 ports for auxiliary data tunneling. The system supports analog, AES, MADI, Livewire, or Ravenna audio connectivity and multiple audio codecs.
New to Digigram�s lineup is the IQOYA *X/Link system, a 1RU fanless rack that integrates multiple IP audio codecs and transcoding servers for low-latency distribution for studio-to-studio links, studio-to-transmitter links, DVB radio and web radio programs from AES67-synchronous AoIP sources. The system provides encoding, decoding and transcoding of multiple audio programs for distribution over AES67-compliant networks, Ravenna networks, or Livewire networks. It supports up to 10 bidirectional stereo codec, performs multiformat encoding, and offers three network interfaces.
In addition, the IQOYA *Call and *Call/LE AoIP codecs will be on hand. These systems allow users to build low-latency IP audio contribution links.
Digigram will be located at stand 63 during BES Expo 2017, which will take place from Feb. 2-4.
