Manley CORE Nominated for TEC Award

CHINO, CALIF.� Manley Labs'' CORE Channel Strip has been recognized in the category of Microphone Preamps by the Technical Excellence and Creativity Awards.

The CORE is a new channel strip that combines the best of Manley''s technologies, according to the company. Starting with the same Class A Preamp circuitry found in the Manley VOXBOX, Dual Mono and Mono Microphone Preamplifiers, the CORE integrates Manley''s ELOP-based compression, limiting and equalization circuitries into an integrated package that delivers Manley''s sonic signature. The CORE has an intuitive, feature-rich front panel.
The TEC Awards will be held Jan. 24, 2015 at the NAMM Convention at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Presented annually by the NAMM Foundation, the TEC Awards recognizes the individuals, companies and technical innovations behind the sound of recordings, live performances, films, television, video games, and other media. TEC Awards nominations are made by a panel of industry professionals and voted upon by members of various professional organizations and audio industry websites.
