PITTSBURGH�Making its third product release of 2015, Matrix Solutions has announced a release of its cloud-based, enterprise platform. The new system provides advanced workflow tool designed to improve sales productivity and outcomes across multiple platforms; it also features enhancements to both standard web-based and mobile access.
New features for the release include automated call activity, which tracks calls and prompts user for notes when they are made; the ability to submit leads to a manager for approval on the go; agency access and view capabilities; and comprehensive calendar views for sales activities and daily/weekly/monthly deals.
With the new release, Matrix Premium users can now access list builder from their mobile devices to view account and contact info. It also features the Deal Stage Report to capture status and length of deals open, as well as a new tab for all deals.
Matrix Solutions made the release available to all users on Nov. 21.
